We as management Cv. Lenteng Agung to thank you for the cooperation that has been undertaken. But for the sake of the common good with this letter we would like to pass on a few things with regard to raw materials that our message of your company.
Our raw materials are the message already arrived in January 22, 2017 however the condition of the raw materials in the form of polyester fibre does not correspond to what we want, with rician as follows:
- The packaging is damaged so that the fibers are dirty.
- Raw materials are sent does not correspond to what our message
- The raw materials are experiencing delays.
We hope that these raw materials replaced immediately considering the production process will stop if the raw material does not exist. So our gratitute letter ni with intent so that in the future the same thing did not happen.
